Professor and Consultant of Surgical Oncology. Dr. ismail is one of the founders of Gharbia Cancer Society. He is the former director of Gharbia Cancer Society. He got his MD degree in Surgical Oncology 1977 from National Cancer Institute Cairo. Dr. Ismail is the former director of Tanta Cancer Centre. He is a pioneer in surgical oncology, cancer registries and in civil work all over Egypt.
